Everyone should read the Kingdom Hearts Manga, especially the 358/2 Days Volumes. Believe it or not, it tells the story WAY better than the actual games.

I agree that the FF15 movie was terrible but that doesn't mean the game will be bad too. If you look at the trailers you can see that it's bound to be good. Also if you want something to hype you before the actual game then watch the Brotherhood anime which actually develops the main cast, making them recognizable and more likeable before the game's release.
