Yeah it's like he takes all the power in the neighborhood when he leaves. That's the reason we got the backup generator, even though our dogs really hate it.

Why is it that almost always when my dad goes on a business trip, the power goes out? Really glad we got that backup generator though... Time to continue the game I was in the middle of playing when it went off from my last save...

Yes. They aren't region-locked. That's what I've heard anyway. Never tried it myself though.
