Former director and writer of the cancelled Kingdom Hearts cartoon, Seth Kearlsey, has stated that he is attempting to gain legal permission to reveal the pilot animatic. You can view his tweets below. In addition, Seth was interviewed on February 2nd and during the 1:15:24 mark he begins to discuss the cancelled cartoon of Kingdom Hearts. Originally Seth pitched the concept of an animated show (not specifically Kingdom Hearts) rather than making a movie due to it having a longer shelf life and a better opportunity for marketing. Seth's agent suggested Kingdom Hearts as it would mix both American cartoons and Japanese anime together. After completing the original Kingdom Hearts in a week he read the pilot for an Aladdin episode, Seth disliked this idea as Aladdin was already it's own animated TV show. Moreover, Seth took inspiration from the popular anime Cowboy Bebop due it airing on Cartoon Network at the same time he was writing the script for the Kingdom Hearts cartoon. In short, we are currently unable to ready anything that has enough value to meet everyone’s expectations. Many users are expecting a story for the console version, which we are of course preparing. However, the focus of the game is battles and that has not changed. They are now releasing in April according to the blog! . To clear up any confusion-the key rings of Mickey, Donald and Goofy are out in March, the actual figurines will be out in April.

The episodic releases are 100% justifiable. If they made it one game it would take 7 years+ which would cause people to lose interest.FF7 is HUGE and has 82 unique locations. Remaking every single one to scale and adding new things plus all the boss battles mobs full voice acting and cutscenes etc would take so long. It's not efficient development and you would end up with another FF15. Every game in this remake will be a full sized game so it's not like you are being ripped off. You are paying for full games. This is a huge risk for Square Enix, so they have to play it safe. It's the 7 remake, of course they are going to milk it.

Late next year seems too early, but this list^ is based off of what was not in the 2015 footage and we haven't seen anything since December 2015, so wait until E3 for some type of new footage hopefully and then we can all make a better decision.

This figurine was revealed at TGS so it's not based off of the bestest looking version of Sora I guess. The figurine is being released 2 days after E3 2017 for Japan

A six inch PVC figurine of Sora from Kingdom Hearts III will be available June 17th, 2017 for the Japanese audience. A number of Sora's poses from the game can be recreated, according to the official Square Enix e-Store for Japan the model attempts to replicate the in-game CG. Along with Sora and his new Keyblade (name unknown as of this article), the Bring Arts features the Two Shot Blasters (unofficial name), a replacement face and six replacement hands. The figurine is priced at $61, £48 or €57 including tax and can be purchased here, however AmiAmi has listed the figurine at a price of $45, £36 or €42. The official Japanese e-Store for Square Enix is now selling a box of Kingdom Hearts themed key rings based upon the medals found in Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ[chi]! The set features KH II Mickey, KH1 Cloud, Donald, Shadow, Axel, Roxas, DDD Sora, and KH1 Riku. Currently, the collection is priced at $51, £40, or €47 euros. The collection will be available April 29th in Japan. There is no confirmation of this box set being available anywhere else. The medals can be seen below, and can be purchased from here.
