  1. Yeah, I gotta agree on that. Still, with Riku's new haircut, I felt that they would've...probably like add some more layer patterns to his hair or something.
  2. What weirds me out is the fact that Sora looks better/more attractive than Kairi and Riku in the KH Shader screenshots. I'm not saying that Sora ISN'T attractive but still, I expected better. It's probably the hair. And do you think we will EVER find out what teams will be made up on Kingdom Hearts III?
  3. I'm thinking about it. Might buy either a horse mask or a chicken mask with a friend or two. If i had a chicken mask, my head would be bashing/pecking the sh*t out of anything on the sidewalk, roads, or brick walls. I don't care what's on those things, I'll throw my head around like a sack of frozen potatoes plucked from the fresh snow of Antarctica.
  4. I'll be honest, I may be a dude, but I've been attracted to characters like Sora and Lea before. Aqua? I'll admit that she's hot. Kairi? Ehhhh... she's just pretty at most. I'm not saying she's gross or whatever. I'm just being realistic/accurate here. I think it's just either the outfit, or the seemingly annoyingly unfitting withdrawn personality that she put up in KH2 that made some people think she was hot.
  5. I honestly can't see the "BBS-esque style" happening this time. Sure they split each whole story into three for each Disney world, but this time I feel it would be difficult to see how one story can be split for Sora, Kairi, and Riku separately this time. Basically, in BBS, Terra causes trouble in worlds by accident. Ventus just looks for Terra and runs into characters he makes friends with. Aqua pretty much cleans the mess that Terra left behind him. This time, despite the game running on consoles that have little to no limitations, I can't see how Sora could just leave a world alone completely without fixing its problems. Kairi or Riku would just find nothing except for buttloads of enemies throwing their own lives at them. I think two teams are, at most, efficient in this situation. If only they could create a mechanic in which you could switch between playable Keyblade Wielders in your Party
  6. Seems like I'm late for this conversation... T_T Anyways, I had the assumption that Lea would team up with Riku and King Mickey due to their previous experiences and venturing into Darkness, and the fact that Lea claims he'll "catch up with [Riku] in no time flat" in terms of becoming a Keyblade Master. As for Kairi (the main topic I believe), I feel like she could go well with SDG since she looks like she could fit in with interacting with other Disney characters like Sora does due to her probably somewhat child-like nature.
  7. With the game being developed for both the PS4 and Xbox One, anything could happen. Worlds are bigger. Maybe the party will be a bit larger than before (maybe some inspiration from FFXV with a team of four or something). But that's just my guess...
  8. I feel like it COULD help explain how Namine was even created along with Roxas with just one body and one soul. Since I heard that in the KH Lore, that it requires one body and one soul to create one Nobody, not two.
  9. True that. And you're exactly right about Roxas, Namine, Xion, and Ventus's existences. Sad thing is though that there are people who believe that Sora is still ordinary while others like the ones in this thread believe that Sora may not be so ordinary. It's just some huge endless debate between Normality and Specialty. To me, this franchise is all about friendship. I never considered it to be about being ordinary and doing extraordinary things. I mean, COME ON NOW, you hang with Disney characters and Sora is practically bonding anyone no matter how stone-cold or aloof they are (like Neku, for example). Personally, it'd be more interesting since it could give Sora more of a character development and personal conflict of understanding his own identity.
  10. So, I'm guessing I'm not the only one who actually agrees with this theory, right?
  11. So... does anyone here actually agree with this theory by HMK relating to Sora and Kingdom Hearts? Just asking is all. Link to Theory Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkDlZXrxr-Q
  12. So wait, was Riku in a similar condition of being ordinary as well? Before the Dark powers?
  13. I honestly don't believe that Sora is ordinary if he can just pull off stuff that's out of the ordinary. I mean, Sora being a "smaller part of something bigger"? That's hard to believe. Heck, Sora has done stuff that other Keybladers haven't. Bonding with just anyone, repairing hearts and bonds, creating two nobodies and make the other ones feel like having a heart again? I just... ugh!!!! And another quick question, before gaining the powers of Darkness, was Riku considered to be, in a way, "ordinary" as well?
  14. I don't wanna be a jerk, but Nomura is only making it hard on himself to maintain what's left of the "ordinary" concept.
  15. I'm probably the only who seems have these kind of particular suspicions; but the fact that Sora is able to create two Nobodies with just one set of body and soul, mend and restore hearts, bring back those thought to be lost, etc. has made me think that Sora is, in a way, connected the entity Kingdom Hearts. Not like in a way that forces fate on himself, but more like it just gives him (possibly secret inhuman) qualities that make it seem like Sora could do a better job in being a hero than Riku possibly could, but only if Sora wanted to take the job.
  16. Uhh oh, well alright then. That makes more sense now. Thanks. Back to the topic then anyways.
  17. A little off-topic here, but what does it mean by "Destiny is never left to chance"?
  18. Okay, first of all, how did you put that reply box on your message thing? I'm kinda new to this. And second, are you saying that Sora wielding a Keyblade was inevitable? Also, from what animemylove just said, Sora created TWO Nobodies for himself and for Kairi from his body and soul. That's pretty extreme in the laws of the KH Universe.
  19. *sigh* so far, I can't seem to tell if this is making me feel better or worse. Hearing about Sora being "ordinary" feels like a slap to the face. Lately, Nomura has been putting in some stuff that seemed to contradict what he was going for.
  20. I know, Sora saved the worlds countless times and is the Key that connects everything. But is every single KH character, EXCEPT for Sora, special? Because how Sora was shown in games like KH2 or Birth by Sleep makes it difficult for me to believe that he is anywhere near "ordinary". Heck, even showing Sora at all in Birth by Sleep seems to contradict the portrayal of being ordinary. Sorry if I'm acting all jerky or something. It's just that I hardly believe that Sora is ordinary. It's like you're in a large group of friends and all of your friends were invited to a big party, but you're the only one who wasn't invited.
  21. This has been seriously bugging me for some friggin time now, and I just wanna hear from others: Is Sora the ONLY character in Kingdom Hearts who isn't special? Someone who isn't important? Ordinary? Because ever since KH2, I've always thought that Sora was special in a way, like Kairi, who happens to be a Princess of Heart, or maybe another character in KH. But now after DDD, i'm hearing that Sora is not special; not like "chosen" special, but just "special" special. Some say he's special because he's ordinary, but I don't see that. I honestly can't seem to believe that after seeing everything that he's done. He's the only character so far who's managed to create bonds with anyone he meets and makes Nobodies like Axel feel like they had hearts. Even Ansem states that Sora may have the power to bring back those who were thought to be lost. I just... I can't even comprehend this load.
  22. After everything that's happened before DDD, it's extremely hard for me to believe that Sora's ordinary, especially after everything he's done. Besides, Nomura's still building the KH Lore as he continues on with the franchise. Who knows? Maybe there's some sort of hard-to-believe secret that none of us, not even Sora, would know about the whole time until later on in the future of the series.
