    I have a feeling if we look at the translation teams previous endeavors it might take a little bit. My guess anywhere from December this year to Feb. or March of next year. Also with Kingdom Hearts 2.8 if everything goes smoothly I bet the Japanese and the english release will be revealed later in the year. (around Sept. or Oct. 2016)

    "Please note: Customers may have received an email from Amazon stating that this title is scheduled to release on 1/2/2017. Please note that the placeholder release date for this game is 12/31/2016, and 1/2/2017 just happens to be the next shipping day after that placeholder date. No actual release date is confirmed at this time. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused." What it says now on Amazon website.
