In the shader editor you can swap to world shader and play with that. I recommend using HDRI images for general world lighting along with sun or area lamps.- General Chat

you just select the mesh in object mode and delete it. It should be it's own object. if you end up selecting the normal hair, just hide it with "H".- General Chat

IIRC that white areas are extra mesh that can be deleted. Cuz i don't know how they are meant to work. and the black spots are because the AO map need to be remapped to UV2. @SlaneFilms- General Chat
