Ok I think I'm a little off there, there's at least one or two that you can meld it or find it in a chest or w/e usually. But like, Ragnarok is definitely the land of departures board only. As is focus block/barrier from cinderella's board only.

Yeah, a few shotlocks if I remember right. You can also get certain skills way early. Like, it's possible, if you abuse command board, to leave the land of departure with a tier 3 magic skill or two.
