Premium Bandai has recently revealed a Kingdom Hearts Keyblade is now available for pre-order exclusively in Japan from now until December 1st, 2025. The item is set to release sometime in March 2026 for ¥9.900 (approximately $66.59 USD). Unfortunately, this item seems to be exclusive to the territory, with no international shipping available. In fact, the item page itself requires a Japanese VPN to be viewed. According to the product's official page, the Keyblade is about 50 cm (19.69 in) long, and it can play both DEARLY BELOVED and Sora. Furthermore, it includes an LED lighting mode called Magic Mode, where you can cycle through different colors and intensities, each corresponding to a magic spell: Red for Fire, Blue for Blizzard, yellow for Thunder, green for Cure, and so on, complete with sound effects of the spells. It even includes sound effects for the saving, opening and closing doors, and the item obtained sound effect. The official website for Square Enix's upcoming Kingdom Hearts Missing Link has now been updated, stating that applications for the Japan-only prototype version are officially open. Applications will be accepted from December 19, 2022, to December 26, 2022, with the prototype scheduled to open its servers on January 13, 2023, and end on January 18, 2023, and the site mentions the dates are subject to change. Furthermore, it's also worth noting that the test will only accept a maximum of 1000 iOS applicants, meaning iPads and especially Android devices cannot apply for this prototype version, as it will use the TestFlight application (which is exclusive to Apple devices). In addition, applicants must also agree to an extensive agreement listed on the website. One notable clause includes the factor that video and screenshots of the prototype version cannot be posted online, though oral and written impressions are excluded from that. This evening, Kingdom Hearts manga artist Shiro Amano tweeted out that the 20th chapter of the Kingdom Hearts III manga, Toy Box 1, is now avaliable to read via Gangan Online. However, only the mobile app has the manga avaliable to read for now, with the browser and PC versions of the application only getting the manga on the 28th of October.
