Here are the newest members of our family: Kordi and Hope. Yes, their names have meaning. I wanted to pick a name the same way I picked Flora's. I was watching Babar and the adventures of Badou at the time and I really liked the named of Babar's daughter. The show I've been watching a lot of lately is Star Wars Rebels (pumped for Saturday!!) but I didn't want anything obviously Star Wars (I'm not naming my guinea pig Princess Leia). The solution was a name of one of the characters from the Lego adaption. So I got a name I like that doesn't scream Star Wars but still has a connection to Rebels. Hope got her name because getting these guinea pigs was the first good thing that's happened to me in a while and it gave me hope. And it also connects to the whole Star Wars Rebels thing. They have settled in nicely and Flora gets slang with both of them pretty well.

Guinea pigs are nice, my sisters have one, named Chi-chi . They seem to enjoy taking care or and playing with her

No, they're just called that (for some reason...). They are rodents and also called Cavies.

Funny how I had the wrong picture of a Guinea pig all along... Just call those f*cking (short eared) rabbits!

You watch Babar!? That show made me have snake phobia, when I was a kid, for a long time because of that episode where one of the characters was bit by a snake. Never saw that show again but that scene has scarred me.

The Aventuers of Badou is about Babar's grandson. I think the series you're talking about is a cartoon version of the books. There are no snake bites in Badou, as far as I know of. Just some poachers and pirates. And if there any snakes, they don't bite. It's a pretty good show, even if it is for younger children. And thanks for the complement.
