In this scene when Aqua meets with Sora and Riku she somehow figured out that Terra chose Riku even though she wasn't there to see it

 

Sure she might be able to sense who's a keyblade wielder and who's not but literally it's easy to assume that it could be anyone so how did she know it was Terra specifically?

She said "Was it Terra?". She didn't know it was him, only assumed it. And probably because no one else was left. Ventus wasn't able to do the ceremony, Eraqus was waiting at home doing nothing, and MX was missed. Aqua doesn't know that many Keyblade wielders

Yeah but anyone of those could've possibly chose Riku as well so how did she jump to the conclusion that it was specifically Terra

She felt the power of the Keyblade within Riku, but she never said that it WAS Terra. She probably guessed it was him because he has the same amount of knowledge about the Keyblade as she did, knowing that he knows how to inherit the Keyblade to someone, whereas Ventus is still too young. That's what I assumed anyway.

 

And plus, she felt that Riku had a strong resemblance to Terra as well.

 

Another thing, if you only had two friends that you knew VERY well, that were traveling to other worlds, both are Keyblade weilders, one of them is a Keyblade Master wannabe pansy, and saw a boy who is inherited the Keyblade and shares a strong resemblance to that pansy friend, you'd probably think it was him too.

Because Terra, like her, went from world to world. So she guessed he also visited Destiny Island and met Riku. Also she mentions Riku reminds her of Terra, so it made sense that Terra was responsible for it.

I think that she noticed that Riku was a lot like Terra, and she knows Terra well enough to think that he would choose someone like himself to weird a keyblade. It's natural that she would wonder if he was the one who gave Riku the power.
