Twelve years after Xehanort's defeat, the worlds were at peace. Sora, Riku, Aqua, and Mickey all started to take apprentices of their own to continue the next generation of Keyblade wielders. However, Sora's pupil, Xavier, studied the history of the world of fairy tales, and became obsessed with reuniting all worlds to create one. However, as he acted, he unlocked many of the worlds' keyholes, letting darkness leak from each of them. Some were quickly devoured, and became sleeping worlds. Feeling responsible, Sora went into hiding without any trace of his whereabouts, the only way to find him was by Roxas and Xion. Unfortunately, Xavier caught up on this, knowing that if Sora was found and persuaded, he would stop at nothing to halt the apprentice, so Xavier took after Xehanort and transferred his heart into Roxas, making him an ally. As for Xion, Maleficent and Pete still remain at large as they too are aware of the risks of finding Sora, so the evil fairy kidnaps Xion, using her heart to fuel Maleficent's dark powers. In desperation, three friends were sent by their masters to find Sora, Roxas and Xion, stop Xavier, and restore the worlds.

Weapons: Due to the 12th Seal of the Goddess, Gate of Divine Connection - Susano'o, she can summon many different weapons she has gained from the deep connections she created with other people. These weapons range from most of her Keyblades, to Lightning's arsenal, to even a replica of swords, spears, and the like from her travels.

 

Abilities: Due to her status as the Goddess of Light, Zion has a plethora of abilities she can use. Despite the handicap put on her by the Celestial Council when out of her Divine Realm, she has crafted her powerful Goddess Seals to use against all those that stand against the Light. She has thirteen seals.

 

Seals:

 

 

First Seal of the Goddess: Albion's Atonement

-Wide Range area denial. Each bolt is as powerful as a single Pearl spell cast. Can be rapid fired, but does not track. Basic Seal, minimal mana used.

 

Second Seal of the Goddess: Dawn's Gospel

-Activates her Divine Armor, upping her defense but lowering her speed. Dawn's Gospel has three Configurations: Dawn Paladin, Aether Wing, and Stalwart Guardian. Dawn's Paladin is her normal one. Slows her down but allows her to take more hits. Aether wing only ups her defense in the chest area but enhances her speed threefold. Stalwart Guardian cuts her usual speed in half but enhances defense greatly. Costs moderate amount of mana, to a lot.

 

Third Seal of the Goddess: Requiem of Light

-Creates a dome shield, able to withstand a Dark Follower's chest attack once. Moderate amount of mana used.

 

Fourth Seal of the Goddess: Returning Queen

-Coalesces her power into a massive Sword of Light for a single strike. Massive amount of mana used.

 

Fifth Seal of the Goddess: Unity of Light

-Linking with all Light users nearby, unleashes a Mega Flare attack that gains power the more allies in range. Moderate mana cost, lessened as the amount of allies grows.

 

Sixth Seal of the Goddess: Ruination of the False Sovereign

-Unleashing a lightning storm that can be directed to augment long range physical attacks, such as spear throwing. Each bolt is a moderate mana cost.

 

Seventh Seal of the Goddess: Exist in Infinity

-Teleportation Raid - breaks the speed of light, causing After Images to form and appear as if many Zions are attacking at once. Minimum mana, as it's all basic Strike Raids

 

Eight Seal of the Goddess: Redemption of Dusk

-Unleashes thirteen orbs of darkness that seek out and marks foes for a Pillar of Light to strike. Every pillar strike costs moderate mana.

 

Ninth Seal of the Goddess: Repentence of Light

-Wider range healing ability. Can resurrect fallen allies if used in time, but costs enough mana that she will have none left.

 

Tenth Seal of the Goddess: Daybreak Absolution

-Throws a miniature sun. If you've played Destiny, it's essentially her using a light version of the Warlock's Nova Bomb. Major mana cost. 

 

The Final Seals:  

-Two of the Final Seals are locked within Zion's Heart, corralled by a spell known as Heartlock. Without the person who has the Key, she cannot access her most powerful abilities, excluding her Susano'o gate - as it is a manifestation of her heart and those connected.

 

Eleventh Seal of the Goddess: Divine Shield of Absolute Defense - Tsukuyomi

-Massive impenetrable shield. Massive mana cost.

 

Twelfth Seal of the Goddess: Gate of Divine Connection - Susano'o

-Gate of Babylon knockoff, if you watch Fate/ she's essentially a nicer Gilgamesh

 

Thirteen Seal of the Goddess: Constructive Divinity - Dimensional Intervention

-This ability has three tiers, each costing more and more mana. Using this ability in quick succession will nearly, if not outright, kill Zion if she is not within her Divine Realm. Even when used with her mana at full, this ability can and will make her comatose at best. Only loophole that is viable is backed by friends...but even then, the cost of using the Final Seals can be too great).

 

-Superdimensional Fortress Fleet: Sumbrandr - Memory of an Ascending Dawn (Summons the 3rd Avalon Defense Fleet, crafted by Light, to engage her foes. 

 

-Ultradimensional Fortress Fleet Murakumo - Rememberance of Dark's Fall (Summons the 7th ADF Fleet, crafted by Light)

 

-Hyperdimensional Fortress Dreadnought Caliburn - Last Will of the Lost (Forward Unto Dawn, her massive planet dreadnought. Due to the Heartlock, she no longer can immediately summon it through any means, and since it is locked away - she has lost the ability to utilize her massive vessel and it's power.

 

-Megadimensional Fortress: Luyx Aeternum - Legion of Transcendent Friendship

-Summons every single friend she has in the universe to fight by her side at once. Literally the last resort she has in the entire universe...or is it?

 

 

 

Now, Zion's fighting style is very simple: High powered Glass Cannon. She can dish out damage, but has little defense that doesnt take a lot of mana. And while she has a supermassive mana pool, her body fails her in efficiency, making every spell drain her mana pool extremely quickly. If she does not plan and use her abilities carefully, Zion risks wasting her mana and being unable to continue before the fight is close to over. While this does mean a brute force end of the fight early is in her best interest, that tactic is overall extremely risky as even one mistake can put her in a losing position in an instant. This means Zion cannot spam abilities when not in her Divine Realm, seriously reducing her abilities despite how strong she is.

 

I added her full list of Goddess Seals for clarity, and so everyone knows I'm not pulling this from nowhere, but I put her fighting style, and her massive drawbacks - low defense, high mana but high mana costs and terrible mana efficiency. I have other abilities I am still working out and prototyping, but those probably won't be used here (if ever to be honest). Also, the Heartlock has to do with Xion of course. 

 

Personality: Zion is a very bubbly, kind person - with a perverted streak. She has a heart of pure light, a will of pure iron, and a smile of pure love. She really doesn't like to get mad, but even the best have their threshold. She can come off as self-righteous and sometimes talks as if she is always right, but that comes from a life of hardship, fighting...suffering. She is not all these things without tribulation, and she is not a Goddess without Death. It is within the fact she understands the fight of life, from losing everything and forced to start over, to ultimately dying for what she believed in, that drives her self-righteousness...and in many cases, she is right.

But she won't ever deny when she's wrong. For all her flaws - from her self-righteousness to her terrifying loneliness factor, she will always face the dawn with a smile, and fight until her ultimate, final breath. She did it once.

And she's ready to do it again.

 

Biography:

Zion didn't start as a God. No, at one point in time she was a flat-chested, bright-eyed young girl who loved the beach and her brother. Ice cream, books, video games. She was happy. She was at peace. But even the brightest of lights can be snuffed, and the day Destiny Islands was destroyed, was the harbinger. During that terrible conflict, Twilight Town was gone, taken by the Darkness for the ensuing conflict. She would later awaken on a beach on a far off world, alone. Her heart split in two - one part, pure light.

 

The other, the blackest darkness.

 

She called her Sione. Her evil personality...well, she was a bitch. A complete and utter bitch...but even the darkness must bow to the Light, no? It was the unconditional love Zion had for her "sister" that defined their relationship. it was in this tribulation of loss and discovery that led her from the shores of Arundel, to the plains of Gran Pulse. The ruins of Earth...and finally, to her.

 

Castle Oblivion. The second base of Organization XIII, the birthplace of Repliku, of Namine. Of Xion. It was here at this castle, where Ventus slept secretly, that Zion de Wynter found a girl with hair black as night, eyes so blue the sky seemed dull, and a coat that absorbed even the darkness.

"I'm Zion. You're pretty."

It was a briefness. She would run, away, and Zion wouldn't follow. She continued her travels, until finally...she found home. Twilight Town, returned!

But her parents still gone. Her brother, briefly encountered, gone off to be a big damn hero. And now she...was alone. Sitting on the clock tower, she would defend the town from the Heartless, until her own heart led her away...away to meet once more with Lightning Farron, with 2B, and go forth...to go forth and fight the battles that must be done, if only to drive away the loneliness. But once they once more parted ways, and she again alighted at the top of the Clock Tower, wings shimmering and disappearing...

"Zion...I'm Xion."

 

Once she saw the girl with raven hair again, she felt it in her hearts.

She wouldn't be alone.

 

Years later, after they went on even more adventures. As they traveled onboard the Forward Unto Dawn, they grew close. So close, that finally, after peace was there, Zion proposed. She jokingly said even death wouldn't keep them apart. Considering she died to become a God, thanks to the machinations of Orianna, her purified sister Sione, and others, Xion had to actually slap her for that one.

The yes was heard all the way at Arundel. But Zion couldn't get married just yet - She had asked and been accepted by Master Aqua, and trained and trained. Her Mark of Mastery was coming close...and the wedding would be her celebration.

 

But happiness is fragile...like glass hanging on a string. All one needs is a single snip, and everything shatters. That snip was Xavier.

 

The foot that trampled the remains, was Maleficent.

 

With Sora gone, someone had to act. And so, Zion - despite losing her soulmate, her friend...the very source of all her power...she volunteered. 

Zion swore she'd protect Xion. If she saved the worlds in the process, then it would be time well spent.

Personality: Sarah Aether is collected tactician and compassionate leader. Never one to give up, she is a lot like Zion - minus the loneliness factor or bubbly personality. She has a selflessness that leads to reckless actions, which have nearly killed her on many different occasions. Unlike her goddess friend, who she really cares not, she has only one real ability - but nothing will stop her from doing her duty. Not even if it means fighting gods.

 

Biography:

 

The Secretary of the Navy for the Avalon Defense Force was once a mere Captain. Promoted straight out of the academy due to high scores and the fact they were losing people left and right during the Siege, she was propelled into battle with a green crew and a good luck.

What was discovered, is that Lady Luck had chosen her. She survived again and again, becoming a force of nature as she was promoted from a mere Frigate to a battleship...but it was her actions as Admiral of the 3rd Fleet that led to her fame as the Harbinger of Salvation. Knowing the Siege would break, the newly promoted Admiral was given the 3rd Fleet - a ragtag band of cruisers, frigates, two battleships and a support craft - and told to go out and find the source of the Heartless. After Breakthrough Operation Zero-One, she went out, meeting Zion, the Forward Unto Dawn, and crossing paths again and again.

 

After the Siege was broken and Arundel had no need for a massive defense fleet, they began dismantling and rebuilding their worlds. She was then elected as Secretary of the Navy and began overseeing peacekeeping operations around her world, until, one day, Zion de Wynter contacted her.

 

It had been years. She barely aged due to the weird effects of Arundel, and now, twelve years after they helped end the fight, a new one came up. But, knowing her people were weary of war, she resigned (and was told "no, indefinite leave, you're not getting off that easy) and powering up her personal vessel, the Freya, Sarah flew out to get Zion, and help her find her wife.

A personal support craft that at maximum needs a crew of five, the Freya has a six wheeled truck and a few defensive weapons. It's mainly personal transport.
