October 7, 201015 yr It was Apprentice Xehanorts heartless, Ansem: Seeker of Darkness. He states at the end of the game in Destiny Islands to Sora, you have come this far and still you understand nothing, confirming it was him as only the cloaked figure said to Sora he understands nothing in the secret place. roxas Roxas doesn't come to be until Sora releases his heart which is much later in the game.
October 7, 201015 yr The man in the brown cloak at the beginning of the game in KH1 is Xehanort's Heartless, also known as Ansem, the Seeker of Darkness.

October 7, 201015 yr roxas That has to be, one of the worst Kingdom Hearts Fails, ever, of all time, I'm sorry for being so truthful, it is just so. The reason is that Roxas never even existed by that time, although he did come into existence during the events of KH1. The man in the brown cloak is Ansem SoD, you can tell. He says at one point to Sora during that scene "A meaningless effort. One who knows nothing can understand, nothing." (He says that after Sora said he would learn about the worlds) Then at the final battle, after he makes his long speech, Sora says something contradictory, to which he says "You've come this far, and still you understand nothing." Proving that it is him, since he says still, referring that he knew/thought that he knew nothing at one point, which generally means that he met him before, but of course it was obvious in the first place that he was Ansem SoD after finishing the game.

LOL. he must have been so confused playing though the 5games. You can tell by the colour of the cloak hes wearing. Its brown, and when you see him in HB, hes wearing a brown cloak
