Okay guys please follow this thread and the sign up thread to stay up to date!

 

The school bells blaired loudly, the sounds of children and young adults cheering loudly as school was dismissed for the rest of the summer. Summer vacation! It was time for sun and fun and freedom in the city! Sadly this year wasn't as fun as it was in the past.

Crime was rampant in the city of Southway. With summer vacation, crime was only going to get worse. Many parents were worried for their children. Those who can afford it fled for vacation. With differing sides and passionate beliefs, anything could happen.

 

-Roxas-

 

A loud yell could be heard as a young boy named Roxas bolted out of the front doors of his school. He was absolutely sick and tired of the school year, so finally being out of the school was the best feeling in the world. There was also another thing that put Roxas in an even greater mood.

“Woo! I am NOT in Summer School!” He cheered, absolutely ecstatic that he was going to spend another summer having to pass math class. Not to mention, his father wasn't going to kill him when he gets home.

He stood off into the side, slowly calming down from the rush of adrenaline. He was expecting his twin brother right behind him.

“Oh Ven, Ven. You have no idea how happy I am right now. I don't have to stare at the teacher’s face all summer.” He waited for his other friends, hoping they all could hang out to celebrate the beginning of summer.

 

-Marie Calamari-

 

Marie yawned as she trotted out of her classroom. She fell asleep yet again during school, completely bored out of her mind.

“Sigh… school is so uncool.” With a small shrug and putting a strand of hair behind her ear, Marie went straight to her locker to throw everything inside out. There was no way she was going to need a periodic table ever again. Luckily she was able to make enough grades to pass each year. After her locker was promptly emptied, Marie whipped out her phone to send a message to everyone in school.

‘K. Schools out. Anyone down for a paintball match?’ The girl was absolutely addicted to paintball. Her favorite thing about it was painting the entire battlefield. Not only that… she has a paintball sniper rifle.

 

-Guzma-

 

“AWRIGHT YOU LITTLE SHITS!” Barked a man named Guzma, the proud CEO of Team Skull, one of the most ‘terrorizing’ gangs of the city as he put it. The thing most members don't realize is that most don't take them seriously. He stood tall on a dumpster in an alleyway across the school, watching as all the kids ran out. His followers sat in front of him, listening to his words as well as the classic Team Skull tunes playing in the background.

“Time to get your little asses in gear! Schools out so that means we have a bunch of fresh meat ready to join our ranks! This also means that the little baby pansies in Radiant Heights are going to be coming into our territory. I want y’all to make them wet their little panties and go cry home to their mommas! Also, just a quick thing- if anyone orders a firetruckINING PEPPERONI PIZZA AGAIN INSTEAD OF A PINEAPPLE PIZZA I'M GONNA KILL YA!” The rowdiness could be heard right out of the alleyway and onto the streets.

 

-Silver-

 

A young boy sighed as he boarded the train to head downtown. Finally school was over at Radiant High, so he just wanted to forget the entire year and pretend he doesn't live in Radiant Heights in the first place. Everyone acts so privileged, so high and mighty. They're all so ignorant, Silver believed. Standing in one of the last carts, Silver decided it would be best to just keep to himself as always. The train went off straight to downtown and away from Radiant Heights.

The young girl watched Marie with widened eyes as she took her by the hand and led her to the group, blushing slightly when saying that a princess like her only deserved a gentleman.

 

"A princess?"

 

Her brother sometimes called her that, but it was strange having Marie refer to her as such.  Sophie wasn't used to receiving such positive attention.  A smile crossed her face as she glanced toward each member within the group in turn.

 

"Excuse me," she started.  "But where exactly is it that you guys are going?  Could . . . maybe . . . I come with you?  I promise not to get in the way."

 

It would be so much fun to hang out with friends.  Normally she didn't have the courage to walk right up to people and suggest that they hang out.  Marie was nice, and Akira seemed pretty friendly as well from their prior encounters.  She just hoped that she wasn't being obnoxious by inviting herself or, if they rejected her, would do so in a non-defeating way.

 

 

 

-Noiz-

Noiz headed to the shop, found somewhere in between the North and South part of the city, in the commercial district. It was a medium sized shop, called 'Dramatique', selling a range of things all electronic, from spare parts to brand new gears, repairing whatever imaginable, even taking up custom work. Whatever you need, Dramatique most likely had it. Even folks from the Radiant area came by. It was popular, and the HQ to Ruff Rabbit. Noiz entered the shop, being greeted by the employees cheerfully. "Welcome back, boss!" One of them chimed. Noiz nodded. "I'm heading downstairs to check on inventory." Noiz said, walking to the back of the counter and through the back door. He made his way to the basement, which was larger than the building above. There, was where the Ruff Rabbit members worked and met. In the basement stood multiple computers, monitors and screens, members of the gang working on different things. Hacking into places, networks, security cameras, you name it. Anything and everything to gain an advantage for themselves. "How are you gusy doing?" Noiz asked. The members turned smiling. "Welcome back! we're checking stuff out. Everything's going great. The kid's parents left this morning and we tracked them to the airport. They should be out of the country by now." "Perfect. Remember to get ready to cut out the security system for us." Noiz said, receiving a nod from the group. "Yes sir! Oh yeah, Alex dropped off the goods for you. They're right there." "Perfect!" Noiz said, smirking as he walked over to the box and opening the box, only to pull out semi-automatic rifles. "Tonight's party's going to be explosive!" Noiz chuckled. One of them members gulped slightly. "Boss...does...does Guzma know about the other condition?" He asked. Noiz paused, frowning as he lowered the gun. "He doesn't. He won't know, either. If he decides to join us, he will be busy terrorizing the guests while I do part 3." Noiz insisted. He sighed. "It's survival of the fittest. Not everyone will live out their full potential...not everyone will get to live at all."

 

-Vanitas-

Vanitas kicked down the ladder, sliding down to the floor below. He wore a black tank top, a black leather jacket with red accents, black jeans, black combat boots and black finger-less gloves, his messenger back strapped across his chest. "I'm leaving!" Vanitas yelled, pushing the stairs back up to the roof. He was heading to the party, and was dressing the part. Then again, black clothing was easier to clean anyways. "If you need me I'll be playing at a brat's party." He hummed, walking over to his motorbike and clasping on his helmet. "Good luck, Vanitas!" "Go get em!" "Be careful out there." Finally Toe added, to which Vanitas waved as he pressed the elevator button. Before he could move any further he felt someone land a couple of hands on his hips. "Vanitas! I missed you!" The voice hummed. Vanitas was swift to reach into his pocket, turning as he switched over a blade that now lay against the neck of the young man behind him. "Hands where I can see them, Arondil." Vanitas hissed. The young man quickly raised his hands. "Sorry! Didn't mean to scare you! I heard you were planning on heading to a party. You got a gig?" Arondil asked. "Yup. I'm heading out now to prepare. This kid's paying me good for live music, and I intend to provide what I'm being paid for." Vanitas said, smirking. "Speaking of which" Arondil hummed. "How much for a few rounds?" "Not today. Not now." Vanitas said, hearing the ding of the elevator. Taking that as his cue, he used the knife to push Arondil out of the way as he pulled his motorbike into the elevator, choosing the bottom floor. "I'll be waiting, then." Arondil purred. "Don't stay up for me." Vanitas hissed as the elevator doors closed.

Guzma grinned at the plan. Making a giant ruckus and firetrucking shit up? It sounded like a good night to him. His grunts seemed to enjoy it, for all three began to jump up and down excitedly.

"Oooo okay big bro!"

"Wow so cool!"

"Yo they ain't PREPARED for the shit we about to unleash!"

Guzma placed his hand on his face, trying his best to stop himself from throwing one of them out of the alleyway. The fact that Silver was talking smack didn't help.

"Shut the firetruck up before I loose my shit." Guzma hissed, causing his grunts to quiet down in fear. Guzma looked to Noiz, a grin on his face.

"Oh, don't worry... we're going to give them a diversion. Ain't that right boys?" He looked over to his grunts, who on cue began to cheer and pump fists in the air. One even.... dabbed.

"We got this big bro!"

"Yea, Team Skull about to firetruck Radiant up!"

"Oh my gosh I get to fight with boss!"

Guzma waved Noiz off, reaching down to take a cigarette out of his pocket. Dealing with the dumbasses of his grunts cause him to burn through half his entire pack.

"Boys, go scram and get some pizza. And if there ain't no firetruckIN PINEAPPLE ON IT THIS TIME IM GONNA BASH YOUR SKULL IN." He shoved some money into the third grunt's chest, causing the three to scatter in search for some pineapple pizza.

Guzma looked over to Silver, glad to have the grunts out of his hair for the time being.

"I'd offer you a smoke but you look like you don't do any of that shit." He let out a small puff of smoke, watching as it danced around infront if him.

"Let me cut to the chase, kid. First of all, if you're gonna be here apart of Team Skull you better learn some firetruckin respect. And second...." he looked right over into Silver's eyes.

"I've seen you around before in these streets. You deal some pretty heavy shit around to these dumbasses who don't know what they doin. If you prove yourself tonight, I may have a pretty good offer for in my crew."

"Twinkle, twinkle, little star~ How I wonder what you are~" Vanitas sung, looking up with a big bright smile at his mom. She had long black hair, tied up in a near side ponytail as she sung along with Vanitas. "Up above the world so high~ Like a diamond in the sky~ Twinkle, twinkle little star~ How I wonder what you are~" She sang, Vanitas following along, word by word. She cheered when they finished, Vanitas clapping as well with a smile. His mom picked him up in her arms. "Why aren't you my little rock star? When you grow up, you'll be enchanting the whole world with that voice of yours!" She said confidentially, hugging him as Vanitas squealed in her grip. "I have to agree." A new voice said, Vanitas' dad stepping into the room, his bright yellow eyes gleaming. "But no rock star can be a rock star without their guitar." He said, taking out a small guitar from his back. It was a child size guitar, nowhere near the level of a professional, but enough for a child to play with and enjoy. Vanitas gasped. "You fixed it!" He yelled, getting off his mom's lap and running to his father, jumping up and down until he finally gave him the plastic guitar. "My little musician." His father cooed, only receiving a bright smile in return.

Vanitas drove all the way to the Radiant district, following the instructions on his phone. He made his way into an affluent neighborhood before reaching to a gated house. He pressed the button of the gate, where a camera was staring straight at him. Vanitas lifted his visor and showed them the invitation on his phone. "It's me." He added. A minute of silence passed before the gates opened up, allowing him to ride in. Vanitas parked his motorbike behind some trees and made his way inside, where the birthday boy was already waiting for him. The place was already decked out. There were decorations all over, tables set up with food and drinks, games and all kind of stuff rigged up to make a party work. "There you are! I was afraid you wouldn't come!" The kid said, smiling as Vanitas smirked, hands in his pockets. "Why of course! You're paying me, aren't you?" Vanitas said, the kid nodding as he handed Vanitas a large wad of cash. "Just as promised!" The kid said cheerfully. Vanitas practically drooled. He had never held this much cash at one time. He quickly got it away in his bag's safety. "Right. Want me to start playing or...?" "Yes! Could you sing a song right now?! We set up the stage already!" The heir said, pointing over at a set up stage in the furthest part of the party hall. It already had other musicians separately contracted with their instruments. For Vanitas, an electric guitar already there waiting to be played by him. Vanitas' eyes glistened as he walked over to the stage, quickly getting a hold of the guitar, tuning it around. There were already some party guests there already, they might as well give it a fist try. He turned to the rest, murmuring and deciding what song to play first. After they had decided, Vanitas smirked, quickly getting a hold of the microphone. "Hello ladies and freaks, we're here to celebrate the end of the school year with our beloved host! Are we ready to get this party started?!" Cheers followed. "Now allow us to give you some music while the rest arrive. School's over, so let's have fun!" Vanitas cheered, the others cheering for him. They didn't know him here, in this part of the city. They just knew him as Vanitas that really cool musician kid from the south side of the city that kids found cool. He didn't know if he could handle the kids from his school realize of his...passionate hobby of music. They would think of him as weak, at the very least, and might end up being picked on again. But for now, he had a show to perform. They began, Vanitas playing the guitar as the guests began to round up and dance to the tune. After the intro, Vanitas smiled, taking a step to the microphone before beginning to sing. "I've done my best, to look inside. But I found nothing, no shame no pride...!"

           Luigi tried, but he couldn't hide his facial expressions through glass windows. Once Luigi walked in, Miles greeted him with a smile, as dictated by his employer to do with all customers that walk in.

 

          "Luigi, is everything alright?" No one else was in the shop at the moment, so he was free to have a discussion until the phone rang or someone arrived.

 

~Silver Giorno~

 

            "Obviously-" Silver started, his eyes unwavering from the man. He was surprised that he could go from a goofball to slightly intimidating in only a few seconds. "I want to participate in what Noiz had mentioned, but I have a feeling you won't let me. So, what exactly is it that you want from me? Oh, and you're right. I don't smoke death sticks. Just weed- I don't want to firetruck up my body like everyone else seems so eager to do." Silver faced away from the man, and dropped one more line. "No offense."

 

            Silver kept his appearance as clean as he could- he may live on the streets, but that's no excuse to allow himself to become a mess. Shower at the gym, eat at local restaurants, sleep at good hours. That said, he didn't like standing out in the open wearing his undershirt only- it seemed too unkempt for him. However, he would rather look like a thug than to keep his jacket loaded with money from a job out for any criminal to take. He kept his backpack close, never having it leave his sight.

 

            "Anyway, I'll play along. You are the leader regardless, I'll respect that with minimal questioning. Just... try not to be a dick about it."

- Noiz & Ruff Rabbit - Operation PARTY in initial process -

Inside a van disguised as part of a security company sat Noiz with multiple computers surrounding him, Ruff Rabbit members sitting in the passenger and driver seat. Noiz spoke into a walkie talkie. "Retrieval team, are you ready to go?" Noiz asked. There was static. "We're ready to go boss!" "Very well." Noiz said, typing some things into the computers before him. He pressed one button, the screen in front of him showing as something was uploaded before showing 'UNARMED' in capital letters. "The alarm has been disarmed. You have 15 minutes. The music should provide enough cover." Noiz explained. "Roger!" From the gardens of the house, a group of Ruff Rabbit members ran up to a wall of the home, using the shadows to hide them. One of them took out two climbing picks as another one stood to keep guard. The member began by stabbing his picks into the cement wall, stabbing the wall until the holes were deep enough for the picks to hold his weight. He proceeded to do this continuously as he climbed up to the second floor for the home. The member used a paperclip to pull the lock off the window, opening it up as he sneaked in. Two others followed. They were in an office like room, and they already knew what they were looking for. They went directly to a painting hanging on the wall behind the desk, gently taking it down to reveal a safe built into the wall. "We found it." They whispered. Noiz smiled. "Good. Do your thing, and make it quick." Noiz said. The team didn't hesitate. Two of the guys stepped away to do guard as the third member took out a wielding mask and a plasma cutter. He wore the mask as he clicked the plasma cutter on, making quick work on the safe. Noiz sat in the van, looking out the window. If the others showed up, they would proceed, if not, he already had a back up plan to finish the plan. They had time anyways.

  • 3 weeks later...

~Luigi~

 

Luigi sighs as he frowned. "I guess I can't hide it from you. There's this rent i have to pay but the problem is that I don't have enough money. If I don't pay the guy today or tomorrow morning, he will send his thugs to get after me and." He then used his left hand, pretending that it's a pistol. He aim his finger at the left side of his head and then making gunshot sounds as he moved his hand away from his head. "It means that..." he gulps as he continued. "I'm gonna die tomorrow morning." Luigi started pasting around and panicking. "Ohh Mama Mia! What am I gonna do? How am I gonna tell Mario and my parents about this?"

 

~Lyra~

 

After school's over, Lyra went to the animal shelter. She was happy now that summer vacation has started, she has more time to help the animals. She puts on an apron and ran into one of the employees. "Hi, Lyra! How's your day going so far?" "Hey, Jimmy! It's going good. School's over and hello summer vacation!" She giggles as she went to check on the puppies she saved four days ago. Three of them are healthy and excited to see her. However, there is one puppy that is sick and feeling tired when he tried to walk. Lyra picked him carefully and hugs him. "Don't worry, little guy. I promise we'll take good care of you. Just hang in there, Ok, Lucky?" She then petting his head gently.
