I'm going with the theory that Unbirths are like, failed clones-- that way BBS WOULD connect with everything else really well. Plus Xion would be an unbirth [since she's not a nobody she has to be something], and so would Repliku.

And that would make sense. Unbirth - they weren't really born; they're a copy.

Your thoughts?

Your theory is probably right.But Xion isn't a unbirth(i think).She is a replica of sora but she has kairi's face because Kairi is Sora's strongest thought.But I think that Xemnas made her in case Sora was useless to the Organization.But IDK.MAybe Xion IS a unbirth.We may never know... o.O

Yes... we've known they're unbirth for a while.

We dont know what happened to them; but the outbreak obviously went away.

They didnt 'evolve'; heartless were created by Ansem & co.

Something stopped them from recreating themselves.

Though, of course, that wouldn't mean it was impossible to make one -- I still think Xion and Repliku are unbirths, just ones with their forms, such as Xehanort's heartless and Chain of Memories Sora heartless had their bodies and minds.

Just the smaller, more primitive ones stopped recreating themselves for some reason.

There were Heartless in BBS,just not enough to spawn massively in places.The purebloods(Shadows and Neoshadows.think there's more)have a hollow heartless sign on them while the ones with heartless signs that look like the one on Ansem's are made by Ansem.

So, in BBS there were Heartless right, because of the experiments Ansem and co. performed? They just weren't large in numbers yet, yes? Maybe the Heartless and Unbirths got into an all out war and Heartless were stronger...jk. I'm going with your theory that they could be clones and copies like I said before in the topic I created.
