Hey, everyone. This is a hypothetical statement that I felt like should get off my chest. What if another world had been leaked instead of Monsters Inc., and it had the same amount of quality? I’m talking just ANY Disney-related or KH OG worlds; Traverse Town, Treasure Planet, Frozen, Radiant Garden, Destiny Islands, Bug’s Life or Star Wars or even a Ghibli world (yeah, I went there.)? Just thought I’d hear your thoughts on the matter and discuss what worlds YOU think could’ve been leaked in MI’s place.

Nothing wrong with Ghibli, Disney owns it more or less but the hard question is which film would they adapt and how would that be done but back to your question, if another world was leaked i'd be happy but at the same time sad since it spoils the epic surprise for everyone, know what i mean?

I get you it is also the question if disney/square would even want to do all the work that would be needed to get a ghibli world. Its not impossible. But we simply dont know how much influence disney has in the creation of Kingdom hearts 3 anyway. My guess is that its more or less "here are our characters just make us money" kind of deal between the two companys so If we want a disney world than contact had to be established by disney for square

If they do do a Ghibli world, i think that they should either start with Nausicaa, Laputa, Mononoke, Spirited Away or Howl's Moving Castle, problem with Mononoke though is that it has too much blood involved so i don't think that would work, although technically Pirates of the Caribbean had blood featured in Kingdom Hearts II, there wasn't that much in it so yeah, Mononoke may just be very well out of the question, Nausicaa might work since remember the Dream Eater music in KH DDD? it sounded just like a track from Nausicaa itself but i'm holding hopes for either Laputa or Spirited Away, the latter in the case of it being Ghibli's most successful film to date, lastly Howl's Moving Castle has a good premise but there would be too much moving about and less fighting so yeah, either Laputa or Spirited Away.

well either they will start to show blood (which is unlikely) or they could simply avoid all the scenes that have blood in them which come to think of it is A LOT of the movie
