In spite of certain confirmations regarding a dark Baymax, I find this theory by HipsterSora to be more interesting:

“I wonder if part of the BH 6 world will be about bringing Tadashi back. What Hiro said really mirrored Sora's quest to return Roxas, and a small theory would be that bringing Tadashi back from data and heart connections may lead to the breakthrough needed to bring Roxas back. This would make Roxas' return rather lategame though, as far as Disney world first visits are considered.”

What do you think?

To be totally honest, it sounds a bit dumb.

Hiro's character arc in Big Hero 6 was all about learning to cope with the loss of Tadashi, which he ended up achieving via Baymax and his friends. Having a plotline where they're possibly able to bring Tadashi back cheapens that character growth to me.

Could it factor into Roxas' return? Maybe, but I don't think that's a good way to go about it.

Well, here’s what one of them said on the forum:

“A small hint was given a while back on this, but essentially the game supposedly draws from a scrapped BH6:2 where Tadashi was planned to return.”

You're gonna need a source on that scrapped BH6 sequel.

Whilst I agree with above that such a direction would diminish important aspects of the film. However I can see two potential storylines being implemented. Either we see Hiro tempted by the darkness to revive Tadashi, which in relation to the film wouldn't make sense or Hiro trying to convince Sora that whilst someone might be gone physically, they are always in or memories/hearts and never forgotten. This could tie directly to Roxas too.

Or how about Tadashi came back as a Nobdy like in this fan comic by BonBonPich? Organization coat and everything.

The Tadashi Nobody theme could resemble what Xemnas and Xehanort's Heartless said to Sora when they tempted him to give into the darkness to bring back Roxas alongside that cutscene where Sora is on top of the bridge with Hiro and his friends and Roxas is briefly seen, only for Sora to blink it away.

It would be interesting to see a grim spin to the San Fransyoko world.  Also, can you link me to that fan comic?

I remember hearing disappointment when Big Hero 6 came out and how Tadashi was expected to be the villain of the movie.

Not sure what I would think about that. Kingdom Hearts already has this weird quirk where characters never stay dead. Let's not bring that into the Disney movies, as well.  ?

I also think (as stated above) that Tadashi's death was a key part of Hiro's story arc and motivation. I don't think bringing him back like that would be a good idea.
