What is the most symbolic thing you have done in a video game

Posted

What is the most symbolic thing you have ever done in a video game. For me it would of been, in Final episode BBS, in the final boss terranort, he can hold you down, hurt you and then he transports you to an orange place then shoots balls at you. I got to Terra, and did the light thing that shaves off a whole green bar. And I did it on the last bar while D-linked to Ven. I guess it's symbolic, since it show's they're bond.

Enough about me, what have you guys done in a video game that's symbolic?

one time i was playing fire emblem: shadow dragon and i was fighting a boss (i think it was the guy on the level where you get horace) and for some stupid reason i put marth up there to attack him, well i hardly dented him and marth had like 3 health left, then i made another stupid move, i attacked the guy with caeda (pegesus knight and marths love.) so that he would attack her instead of marth next turn. i should have let marth die and restart the level, but i let caeda get stabbed in the face. i guess this symbolizes caeda's love for marth, cuz caeda dies for him.

shadow of the collossus, how much more symbolic can you get in a game?

Defeating the last 3 seconds of Flandre's spellcard with no bombs and no lives left. It's just LUCK XDD

Defeated Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts II without losing any HP.

symbolic? not really, just lucky

Well, I've beaten the Mysterious Figure with just level 1 Aqua, beaten 358/2 days with just level 1 Roxas.

Methinks some people need to check the definition of "symbolic".

These are good feats some of you guys have done, but they're not really symbolic, just impressive feats. Like an example is killing a boss character that at the start of the game killed you with a particular weapon, then at the end, you kill him with the same weapon. (symbolising you're character is just like him, or other things.) or defeat the last enemy in the game the same way you defeated you're first. (It symbolises how far you've come, and how important the first kill might of been.)

hmm...okay here it goes 8D (But I'm not sure if this is called "symbolic" or not xD)

Using Marisa's "Love Sign: Master Spark" during Flandre's "Taboo: Maze of Love" while trying to dodge those insane number of bullets coming from on top instead of going round and round. But I failed to do that so I bombed.

I can beat all of Xion's Forms in 358/2 Days in less than 5 minutes usually, without dying. Sucks that the final bosses are so easy in that game..

Yeah, that game is easy.

I can also do that.

Gotten yuffie every game as early as you can get her in FF7, she is my fav female character in FF7. Right after we exit midgar, i grind till i get her.

I was part of the main attack force into enemy territory when I played EVE online with my corporation (basically an all purpose clan in EVE online). It's symbolic since it made our Corporation note worthy and contributed to the defeat of our enemies which were the enemies of many people.
