As we all know so far, the members of the true organization are:

Xehanort

Ansem seeker of darkness.

Xemnas.

Young xehanort.

Marluxia.

Vanitas.

Larxene.

Xigbar.

Vexen.

Demyx.

Luxord.

Data Riku or repliku.

And Xion.

So, I believe that there is at least 1 person that will change sides, obviously the majority wants it to be Xion, but I believe that she is a 2.0 version of Xion created by vexen, with no emotions, so she is out of the picture,         The person I believe that will change sides and help Sora is non other than Young xehanort, from the last trailer, we saw that he gives him advice on who to go after by telling him "find the hearts joined to yours" and warning him that his rash way of using his power will be his Downfall, further more in the opening cinematic we see a slightly younger version of him with dark gray eyes watching over a purple Myst that resembles Darkness, indicating that he had been possessed by it, I don't really know how he will change his course of actions, but my gut tells me that he will be the one to change sides.

If anyone has an other person in mind comment here and let's discuss ?

I don't think he will either! I was only stating of all the Guardians, Lea would be the only real one to gain something. All of his friends are tied to the Organization.

As far as Isa switching sides, I suppose I'll believe it when I see it. As Saix, his character was deplorable and he has bad relationships with nearly everyone but the Wayfinder trio. Even as just regular Isa he seemed like the jerk friend. The one you always wonder why your friends with? Anime has a lot of those tropes. I'm looking forward to what fate has in store for Isa/Saix, but I doubt he's a mole.

Thinking about it, if anyone is to have a change of heart, saix is the perfect candidate given he was once good (or at least friends with a good guy).

I feel like Isa/Saix is secretly clinging to his old friendship with Lea and he's going to make a sacrifice to protect his old friend. Like he'lll turn against Xehanort because Xehanort is going to kill Lea and Isa/Saix won't be able to stand by and let that happen. 

To me, Isa wasn't that bad in Birth By Sleep and I think all of that was more or less him teasing Lea.

Oh, absolutely. Isa was just a regular teenager in Birth by Sleep. That was just friendly teasing; you could tell they were super close when they were younger.

Not usually a fan of twist villains/ heros, but isa switching sides would actually make a lot of sense plot wise.

I could see this happening as well. The optimist in me is just hoping that he would at least be saved and would be alive to still be around to hang out with Lea as well as Roxas and Xion.

I agree. Their friendship was so heartwarming in Birth by Sleep and it's kind of sad in 358/2 Days when Saix keeps trying to get Axel to remember their friendship. The scene where he uses Axel's original name gave me so many feels. I got the distinct feeling that Saix felt like Axel had replaced him with Roxas and Xion. It would be nice to see them restore their bond. But I'm not going to lie, I have a strong feeling that Saix won't survive to the end of the game, though I do want him to.

Yeah, looking back at the cutscenes of KH2 Final Mix with Saix and the Organization in the Round Room makes me think he was kind of bitter towards Axel.

ANd it's understandable. I think Saix saw it as "Why is he so attached to those two? He doesn't' have a heart and he has no prior connection with them, so why is he so invested in them?" Meanwhile he and Axel had actual history as friends. So the bitterness is to be expected. But it will be just so tragic if Isa/Saix dies without getting that bond repaired.

Wait, isn't saix still a nobody? Wouldn't he just come back as a somebody if he's killed?

Plus, even within the previous Organization, Axel and Saix had a plan to usurp the Organization.  Axel was sent to Castle Oblivion to take out anyone, mainly Zexion because they were in the way of their plan.  I would like to get a clearer understanding of what Axel and Saix's plan was.  Though I don't think Lea will side with Xehanort because Marluxia and Larxene are back, those two have an axe to grind with Lea.

No, I think he's Isa again technically because he died in KH2 and he was resurrected along with Dilan, Even, Aeleus and Ienzo in Xehanort's lab in KH3D. Plus when he attacked Lea when they came to rescue Sora from the new Organization Lea called him Isa.

I get why Saix was mad as well. I've experienced the same kind of bitterness with one of my best friends since it always seemed like she was confiding more in some of her newer friends. Of course, I let that go as well. I would at least like to see something happen where Isa makes amends with Lea before meeting a angsty demise.

Yeah, we never did learn exactly what their plan was, did we? All we know is that Axel was trying to raise Saix up through the ranks of the Organization. And I will be shocked if Lea sides with the new Organization. I'm pretty sure Lea has made his choice.

I think everyone can agree that Isa should be (at least somewhat) redeemed in KH3. As big of a jerk as he's been in the prvious games, I still feel legitimately bade for the guy.

I'm surprised Ienzo is just cool with Lea. He did get a replica to kill him. Vexen should also hate Lea. Maybe he sided with Xehanort just for the chance at revenge. I know Lea's a popular character and a good guy now, but he still did lots of bad stuff that's just getting sweeped under the rug. So far he hasn't had to really answer for Zexion, Vexen, even Kairi forgave him offscreen. That could have been a fun side story to see for a bit.

I think he can be redeemed.  Plus, I hope we get some sort of infighting from Larxene and Marluxia like maybe they want to go after Lea for backstabbing them but MX just won't let them.  They pretty much go about their own way of betraying MX because they can't stand the sight of Lea.  It's funny that from the trailers so far, we've never seen any sort of infighting.

I imagine there'll be some cases of sour grapes towards Lea in KH3. It would be weird if there weren't any because you're right; he stabbed a lot of people in the back.

It would actually be ironic (and funny) if Lea defeats Vexen again in the battle. Just snap those fingers.

I've been so busy dismissing this character I haven't thought of what he'll do interacting with characters. The character I'm talking about is Demyx. It'll be interesting to see Demyx interact with Sora again. Or Roxas. Come to think of it I want to see what Roxas' reaction would be to see the likes of Demyx, Luxord, and even Xigbar in the Seekers. Same with Lea. I feel like these interactions are downplayed. They were former co-workers.

Yeah, they were.  Demyx, especially was assigned to draw Roxas out from Sora.  Why Xemnas gave him that job?  I can't tell you.  The guy came off as more of an acquaintance than a friend.  But I guess they needed somebody other than Axel who had gone rouge at that time to bring Roxas back.  Out of all the coworkers, the second person or third person (if you will) that seemed closest to Roxas was Demyx.

I definitely think there will be some fallout due to Axel's actions. It would be weird if there wasn't. I do like the idea of Even joining the new organization because he refuses to work with Lea. Vexen was so petty, so this seems like something Even would do.

Demyx is another character was was criminally underdeveloped in KH2. He was mainly used for comedic purposes and you weren't really supposed to take him seriously. The thing that bugged me was that the game made him out to be incompetent and he wasn't; he was just lazy. The difficulty of his second battle proved that he was actually pretty skilled in combat, I mean it wasn't super hard but man, did that guy ever pack a wallop when he managed to hit you. I am praying that KH3 develops Demyx and makes him more than just an entertaining slacker.

Probably because everyone else was too serious. Demyx came off like a normal dude, everyone else was a bit too intimidating if that makes sense.

It's true Demyx and Roxas weren't that close, but he along with Luxord were two of the few members not named Axel and Xion who were somewhat friendly with Roxas. It would be interesting to see Roxas have to fight some of his old coworkers and how he'd react. Other then maybe Saix, Roxas didn't hate anyone in Organization XIII. But he probably hates Xemnas now.

Roxas despised Xemnas at the end of Days and even returned to The World That Never Was to set Kingdom Hearts free.  He would have had to fight Xemnas in order to get that done.  But Riku stopped him.  Roxas facing off against Xemnas would be just a second chance at revenge.

Roxas would need backup. He's my boi, but even Dual Wielding I doubt he could defeat Xemnas alone. There are so many interactions between the Organization members and former members I want to see in KHIII. I hope Ienzo, Dilan, and Lexaeus somehow get involved too...without being norted of course.
