I'm guessing the scenario (remind) is xion cutscenes
Limit episode is something not plot relevant (possibly an rg/tt episode? Or kairi and axel?)
Secret episode could be something similar to the BBS secret episode where we explore the realm of darkness, but instead it's shibuya

If I had to trust a translation so soon after it's been reported it wouldn't be KH13
