So there is around 2 months for summer, 2 weeks for christmas, 1 week for winter and then another week for easter

Although once you turn 15 it turns into about two months holiday

Ah the best time

We have I think 2/3 weeks for easter

Y11 summer break

Ikr

Ahh it's such a hopeful, nice time

Y11?

Year 11, last year of compulsory education

Ooh

Oh actually I think that changed recently

Yeah 12 and 13 are compulsory now

But you can do apprenticeship etc

That's what I did

2 years at school, then 2 year internship

The change happened while I was in sixth form I think

Now I work full time

Yeah it seems to be a popular route recently

Yeah I'd already gone through 6th from by the time that rolled around

School isn't really for me, so this was the best option for me

Hey, working is better than debt though!

Yeah

firetruck Uni, btw

I am terrible with money, so I am not really in that better position hahaha
