I'd say Ultima is more a Versus thing cause.. you know ?

But that aside,yeah,I'm glad keyblades didn't just become "well,I guess you're in my inventory now

But some of those existed in other places. Now, the additional gameplay they provide means they are all mostly viable

From a fun-perspective

noctis armiger is already an evolution from final form if you think about it

he jsut went from 2 flying weapon to 13

I just love how ultima just becomes an actual firetrucking sword in its transformation

Its like they took KH1 sword idea, KH2 crazy ass spike design for it, the ventus wing blade style shift and then final form for good measure and thats what KH3 ultima weapon is
