So, we have National Chicken Lady Day, which seems silly at first but is actually commemorative of a business woman that fought for better education standards in her community and had a influenced a restaurant that served chicken to open. It seems like something that is less known here, though.

Certainly not as popular as Job Action Day or National Candy Day
