for me, so long as I get ~50-60 fl oz of water Im good

any more and i feel a too bloaty

and ofc, i drink tea and gatorade to change it up and get some sugars in when im feeling groggy

It has to vary depending on BMI and weight, though.

Eight glasses a day is unrealistic.

If I can be active enough; otherwise, it's closer to half of that.

personally 6 glasses is more realistic if you got a good diet and are going a bit under your daily calorie limit

keto's not a good thing for your body

you can react to it pretty bad

same with trying to be vegan after eating meat for years
