I would like to say Soul Eater had a good first chapter because I think it was good but Death the Kid's introduction was definitely my favourite cast member intro and that is considered chapter 3.

Wasn't the art style also very different back then

Like it had more shoujo style than what it got later on

it was really different but idk if it was shoujo

Arachne is probably my favourite of his designs, well its that or Medusa after her revival

like the linework and shadow in this cover is so good

yeah asura is actually pretty great too. Soul Eater was soooo good up to Asura's awakening

it had a few ups and downs afterwards

I think the manga was still going up after his awakening but the moon stuff took a dive

Also, his art style is still on point in Fire Force

I think the noah stuff was a down point for me

I might have a look at fire force but I havent heard its as good as soul eater

well the book was part of it

Noah was the guy helping arachne but then turned out to be his own kind of villain threat that never fully resolved because he got defeated and then appeared on the moon

believe he was mostly shown in his greed form
