I think, at least in Europe, the vast majority are more peaceable, and I can only help but think that there are puppet masters somewhere trying to destabilise the world all at once, what with brexit and everything that springs from it

Trump on the other hand was born into a privileged family in a country that never had to deal with the effects of WW2, and his dear old dad was part of the KKK

Surely, these are ideas from others and he's a figurehead that happened to be popular among the masses.
