I mean, it was also on the Shonen Jump magazine where the protagonist is a villain

It did have a good premise

 

Basically, trump gets told that buying it kills you because of the new rule, so Trump doesn't accept it, just tells the world he did and isn't using it. Protaganist still gets the money, dies despite the note not technically being sold given it wasn't delivered to a buyer.

 

The whole one-shot was actually great up to that point

It did something very new to the universe and a main character who actually did the right thing even if it was for selfish desires

And he never killed anyone eitehr

And he never killed anyone either

And made loads of people other than himself rich while covering his tracks.
