It was pretty annoying indeed

I should try again at some point

Most mech levels are just annoying

And the music in them isn't that good

Lit rally

Although Tail's pyramid level has a great theme song to it

Probably the best mech level together with Cosmic Wall

Tbh with the soundtrack

I felt like it was all guitar except the knuckles rouge levels

Like I didn't feel much variety like with SA

That's literally the case lololol

SA has a lot of variety

Yeah

That's one of its main characteristics

SA2's OST variety comes from the characters you play with instead of the level itself

However as you said all of them except for Knuckles and Rouge have the guitar as the main instrument in their levels

Right, that's the thing

I think the only exceptions to that are Shadow's White Jungle and Final Chase

I guess ti's not bad at all

But it didn't stick with me much

Yeah, that's understandable

I only remember metal harbour and pumpkin hill and city escape and they're more commonplace anyway

10 years after playing the game I only remember a few odd ones

And they're mostly Sonic's and Knuckle's

And they're mostly Sonic's and Knuckles'

And Mad Space, but that song got stuck in my head for... other reasons
