it's kinda funny though, 6 was sort of like a conclusion for the series in a way

with how the ending was

has my favorite combat in the series

it's also imo, the hardest game in the series

beating that game on nightmare with all the characters was some of the most satisfying shit I've done

the plat for Ys Origin required nightmare on everything so initially I was like

but I got super into it

maybe once diadem ranking is over in the next 3 days ill need a break

i can at least say for certain that boss wise

origin is the best in the series

feels like a firetrucking dmc game :bizLol:

part of the reason for why I dislike the party based system is that you can easily spam and switch out for the fights

but the solo games are so much more challenging
