Personally I like the more lowkey characters

Which is why Kloe is such a cutie

in crossbell, you begin with a lloyd on his way to crossbell, talking to an old couple who give convenient lore exposition

learn that lloyd was in calvard for 2 years for some reason, that never amounts to anything interesting

never learn about his home life, no flashbacks to how he was as a child that didn't center around his brother

at his firetrucking brother's funeral

he barely shows any emotion

what a firetrucking moving scene

Can't be sad at your brother's funeral when that means you can have his fiancee I guess
