If I concentrate super hard I can do it in like 3/4 hours

but like I've had times where I've literally been just on the verge of sleeping, like trying as hard as I can to keep myself awake but literally my eyes keep closing

But then, all of a sudden, my face got really really warm. Like not hot, just really warm and comfortable, and it just heated up all over my body and I was legit like refreshed as ever, like literally feeling better than I would have otherwise and nobody ever seems to know wth im talking about

I have never had that feeling
