One of those axioms is that reality exists

For any basic thing to function, an assumption has to be made at some point

If you can't accept that axiom then all argumentation is useless because without reality there can't be proof

but if the existence is more then zero then reality has to be defined which can cause subjective detailing on what is and is not reality

For society to function too

I don't understand the "more than zero" bit, are you trying to quantify existence?

Existence is more than zero, so it's a one? Or a two? Two and a half?

Oh yeah like criminal law has it's own sort of philosophy

Like Mala in Se and Mala Prohibita, defining things that are evil within themselves and those that are evil because we deem them to be

A baseline philosophy for morality is definitely necessary for society and honestly thinking about the human existence, as far as I know, doesn't really do too much for us

But that's exactly what I mean esto
I can say reality is one but you can say reality is two
but because the basis of any of those claims is uncertain it's hard to say reality is one thing or another and it becomes subjective

but when I say more than zero, I just mean that it is more than non existant

That makes more sense

However, that is also something that never happens. Very rarely do we have people who disagree on reality, and if they do we usually send them to mental hospitals

Well isn't the assumptions we make about reality is that not only do you have to see it, but feel/taste/smell etc

And also the simple fact that Ayn Rand described existence as axiomatic because it is impossible to argue about it being false without it being true first

so then reality would be based on consciousness and because you are the one who is experiencing these things you are god

Ehhhhh

The "you are God" thing is too extreme

if we describe god as an entity through which all basis of reality comes to exist then because you are the one who is experiencing realities through the senses you are god

I can't prove that you can see, or that you can taste. I can't prove you truly exist, nor can I prove I exist

Cogito ergo sum xionsmug

You can prove that I have senses, you just need premises

God wouldn't be the right word in that instance tho, what you are describing is someone just existing and stuff around them happens out of their control.

well don't think about god through a religious lense

Imagine we're right next to each other

No I get that, not in a religious sense

Now, you have a slice of really stinky cheese

Cheese smells good tho

But that's irrelevant

Premise 1: Humans have a negative reaction when they smell stinky things
Premise 2: Esto had a negative reaction to the stinky cheese
Conclusion: Esto can smell

Maybe those premises aren't very tight
