For a level called Hang Castle, it's weird how the platforms just don't hang still

I wonder if the manual says

I'm not sure if those specific ones do

Although my intuition tells me that they do

targets give you rings or levels

ballons will typically give you air which allows you to fly more

and it should lead somewhere
