Thing is adventure isn't so obsessed with making you fall to your death as heroes is

sonic adventure has great level design

oh you know that's a really great point

and probably part of why I didn't like heroes a whole lot when i was like 8

adventure has a lot of security blankets

Maybe the other versions are better idk, this PS2 one is funky as hell

I think the pc port is better

I have only played a few hours of adventures 1 and 2, but everything was constantly glitching out in the stages. Moreso in 1. But the world map is super non intuitive. And everything that isn't a sonic stage feels awful and unfun to play. Even the sonic stages aren't that great
