Story, direction, voice acting, combat

So much better in everything

Ff7r is a better made game

But man the environments and little issues in 7r, plus my story issues really drag it down

Like I got bored of the scenery in that game. Trials I love the setting

Similar issue to FF7R where it's just a straight line with some boxes to find items and that's about it

I prefer it on a fundamental level compared to 7r's at least. I really dislike areas like Midgar color scheme wise

ancients flashback

is the only time I felt super engaged by the visuals

Chapter 15 was nice too

There's the difference in genre too tho. ToM is more magical fantasy while FF7R is more of a industrial fantasy.
