You can't do sth like this in Vanilla. In Vanilla you can kill them in 1 turn as well but it comes with a way bigger cost in terms of SP. Shit like this is unbalanced and stupid

And that one you can't even turn off the moment you get it

Royal is really good in terms of new story content

but the combat

is terrible

It's like they added all of this new stuff and forgot to adjust enemy hp, resistance and balancing in general

I really hope this game gets harder in mid and late game. otherwise I will stop playing it because I'm bored due to the combat not requiring strategy

The fights against the "red" enemies in comparison feel really good

but the normal enemies are all 1 shot with almost no cost*

and you can't run out of SP in royal because it's too efficient now

It was far from that for me lol. I'm pretty awful at turn based and strategy games so the game still felt pretty challenging for me the whole way through, especially because I don't know the kinks of fusion

I lost SP pretty often tbh

the seeds barely gave any, so I had to be pretty careful with conserving

the boss in the first palace was imo very good as well, but the normal enemies feel undertuned imo

If you're bored from the lack of challenge now, it might get worse for you later on

due to how many more tools you'll get from the links
