The premise is that the MC's girlfriend just broke up with him, and he then makes use of a rental girlfriend as a rebound to get away from the pain

I want to continue Re Zero but i got some ptsd after a certain episode

But then "LMAO ROMCOM" happens and both characters are now bound by fate due to an insane amount of coincidences

wait whaaaaat saitokai yakuindomo got a movie in 2017 how did I not know this

also idk how I feel about that premise of rental girlfriend lol

It's got some funny moments

I don't even know what mood it's going for some of the time, it makes me more angry than happy quite often

I feel like that premise works better for a comedy

I think it's meant to be a comedy

With some emotional bits sprinkled in like with Kaguya

But the MC often just annoys you

The rental girlfriend carries the story, she's a really fun character to follow

I'm mad annoyed how Gochuuman was usagi desu ka is getting a new season
Literally my least favorite of that style of show
Hinako note, or Blend S, I want a second season of those

I am loosing my weebness cause all the series you just mentioned i have zero idea on

Also just in case you're having any wrong ideas, rental girlfriends aren't allowed to have anything, er, physical going on. They exist purely for emotional comfort and flexing to your friends.

I have a varied knowledge on anime because whenever I dont know what to watch (ie after I finish a series) I just use a randomizer and go with whatever looks cool

usually I go with what has a good op

I have never gotten to a point where I have nothing to watch

So much good anime to go around

I am at that point

Or even if not good, at least interesting

Otti, you should consider at least watching the Kaguya anime if you got bored of the manga

Not because there aren't anything to watch but because nothing is interesting me

The visual flair and faster pacing may make the story more digestible to your exotic, refined tastes

I didn't get bored of the manga, i got bored of the premise

Yeah theres a lot of good anime, like I could go watch Code Geass, or do a legit watching of fma brotherhood (I just watched it weekly on adult swim when it was airing), but it's just hard to actively make that decision lol I just kinda go from place to place
