The instruments used really helped with the vocals.

It feels like observation of long ignorance then the closing a an old, cold case that was finally solved, so they find the perpetrator to give the survivors closure, but there are still the wounds of the aftermath w/ shifts of positivity and melancholy.

You can really feel the emotion put into the vocals as well.

Maybe even enough to give you goosebumps.
