Ngl reviewers are partially why botw was disappointing to me. I went into it expecting near perfection. Not making that mistake again.

I already knew of the weapon breaking system and knew I wouldn't like it

So I had that going in

But the rest of the game I expected so much more of

I just hope the game doesn't backfire. Because it's basically confirmed that the leaks are true and that they didn't change it

i remember being told ff7r is shit cuz of te chapter name leaks and stuff like that

And it was leaked in the beginning of may, there is no way they had time to fix that in a month

Yeah I don't like that mindset. If a FPS game gets 10/10, I am not gonna go and buy it. It's just not a genre for me. I made that mistake with Bloodborne.

Ratings are weird

It's the weird thing of being cool on the playground

For no reason really

i like to look at ratings as an accesibility for casual people who dont know much about what they like or not

but otherwise i dont like them

One type of reviewers I do like are the ones who go out of their comfort zone and try other games and review them

Like playing a JRPG if they don't usually like them

I'd give star ocean 5 a 9/10 but it has like a 58% critically

Gives other people who don't like JRPG to check that review out and see if it's something they will give a chance
