When I was younger I straight dreamed an entire new monster rancher game that apparently never existed ??

I was being nostalgic about monster rancher with friends and was describing my favorite game and they were like... tf?

I thought there was a monster rancher where you ran around in 3rd person with your monsters behind you, and then you got to go in like an open battle as the monster where you could run around an area defeating the other monsters! ?

I was SO convinced it was real!
