Ah yes, another thing I wanted to comment on

The final boss of chapter 2 was just peak Trails

The boss itself was literally five individual and powerful mutated centipedes and the game still felt like adding 3 random mob enemies into the fight for no reason.

reminds me of a monster hunter quest in 3

had like 10 bugs

Yeah, that's Trails

It's always more than one monster

they all had earthquake like attacks that stun

The boss in chapter 2 of SC was very similar

Whenever it was attacked, it unleashed an earthquake attack that shoved around 25% of the party's health

And there were five of them

Plus 3 annoying random mobs

wow it really does sound like it
