You can't change thhat, but you're basically more worried about your class, really, soit's whatever

From there, you do whatever storyline is in your city, and then you have the world opened up to you and now you can visit the other cities

From there, your only real restriction is, obviously, if you're a level 20 going through a lvl 50 area.. ?

Cause there are 3 factions. But once you do the opening quest. You can go do whatever you want, even in the other faction zone
