But you had people being like “lol, I’ll spend all into attack stat”

because people thought they were too overwhelming lol... so blizzard catered to the casuals and was like "HMM OKAY... lets give them like 2 options as opposed to 20"

Though, now the stats/speccing in FFXIV mainly comes from accessories
