No, the whole world of One Piece is in a grey area

There aren't really bad guys in the marines

Dicks, yeah but from their point of view all pirates are bad

But yes I agree world government are scummy. But it also plays the role of there are bad on both side

Same with the pirates, not all of them are bad

Luffy, White Beard and Shanks are some of the most upstanding ones

Like the strawhats don't go around plundering other peoples ships

It's just an adventure to them

But you look at someone like Kid... well, then things get complicated

Yea like the straw hats do nothing but good, but they also still do whatever they want and steal stuff from time to time because.. they’re pirates lol
