but the thing about the earlier games. especially the first one. is some of the courses were legitimately challenging. like very thin platforms you had to balance on, and it added a sense of urgency to your movements. that the later games just lost...

they just progressively got easier and lost that charm the earlier games had

at first glance this actually looks kinda cool haha

but it's not super monkey ball.. i think i approve of this game as a side game that isn't associated as one of the main titles

so what we're saying is that sonic kicked off an "adventure" trend
