the thing i like the most about one piece.. is the power comes down to a character's creativity.. like there are some character's that have VERY powerful devil fruits.. but are just too dumb to utilize them well. and on the other hand, there are those with kind of lame fruits (like Luffy) that are just so clever to the point of pulling off some super interesting and powerful shit
