Does my computer not shut down properly anymore

It's stuck in "shutting down" screen and I have to turn it off manually with the button, it did this yesterday too

An update might've changed the BIOS.
It might help to go into safe mode via F8 or F12 during boot (company logo) to change the boot options then manually search for an update to make sure your device drivers are in check
