we don't normally get double tweets

it makes sense that what most likely happened was a scheduled tweet went off because manual access to the account was revoked before the delay was made official, so no one could fix or delete it

beyond maybe some kind of commemorative scheduled tweet for the end of may, i doubt the global khux account will ever tweet something again

whats interesting is that there was never a tweet about the march update, which makes me think that anyone who ran the account lost access/stopped working at the end of february. if you can't schedule tweets beyond a certain point of time in advance, tho, idk

I'm pretty sure all of the global team has disbanded into other departments or left the company by now, leaving the rest of the work for jpn team. the rest of the work is from jpn side, with them hiring translators for whatever they need. that's probably why the tweet happened in that way, probably just a conversation error on one of their ends

people do it a year in advanced and go viral sometimes because of what they say lmao

we'll know for sure by the end of may i guess, if kh_na tweets about another update or if they have another pre-scheduled goodbye tweet ready sfsdfsd

i thought that too; the wording of the update felt interesting

The thing is, the NA account says midnight and it being the day before means the next day.

JP's Twitter account mentioned the date and time specifically.

It seems they just followed the same wording or format they usually do.

guys: how could they have the tweet scheduled when it's written the way it is? it says "a new story quest" as opposed to something like "the epic finale" that you'd expect from the final update. that seems to imply that, if they had it scheduled a month or more out, they knew the finale would be split in half, and that seems less likely to me

like i said i think it was the Japanese team doing an oopsie on the conversion times and they just aren't bothered enough to tweet about the mistake

It wasn't until more recently that they discovered they would need more time and have to split the finale in two.

meanwhile we arent sure if our is the full ending or spilt into two and ending in may or extended to june too

it'd make sense as to why the tweet was worded the way it was, yet still presumably scheduled for the same date as the original japan finale. also, it would explain why our closure deadline was may while japan's was april.

maybe not split but it's possible we originally weren't supposed to catch up to them
