I guess what I look for most is consistency. And BBS is consistently good throughout. I can’t say that about KH2. On the high end you have Timeless River, on the low end you have Atlantica and Port Royal.

I mean bro you had Cid "Goddamn Tea" Highwind being catty with Merlin the Wizard, that's based.

the worst about port royal is really just the light for the pirates but I can get over that pretty quick

And the plot is really boring

I feel like most of BBS's problems wouldn't have happened if the cast talked to each other and Aqua was less judgy lol

Point I’m trying to make is, I’ve got a love hate relationship with KH2. Every time I feel like I’m going to love it, something comes along to shoot that feeling right out of the sky.

It's always a chore explaining why I like DDD so much since a lot of people are like "oh it's so bad, floaty, no stagger, time travel, etc." Yeah, they aren't wrong but I still really like the game

Like I typically have it in my top 3 KH games and people try to crucify me for it.

I never really felt like I died or anything to a lack of weight in DDD so idk why people have always cried about that

I never had an issue with the time travel- my biggest issue was how they upped Sora's stupidity so much that it's had a lasting impact on fan perception of him, and the way Nomura writes him.
