To go back to what we were discussing, Nomura sure has spent a lot of time fleshing out Vanitas in KH3 and Dark Road just to supposedly never use the character again.

i can see vanitas being used to help understand darkness better

he is basically a link between non darkness & darkness

with a neutral support role. he could assist in darkness actually becoming an ally in kh to a small extent
