Oh.

I'm laughing at myself.

Also DiZ was using Riku for revenge at first.

Yeah he only saw Riku and Sora as instruments of his revenge against his former apprentices. It wasn’t until he saw Riku-Ansem that he started to slowly have a change of heart.

And Naminé

I object.

He asked of riku to dispose of Naminé and Axel.

At that point he still saw Nobodies as heartless monsters that shouldn’t exist.

It was towards the end of Kh2 ig.

And if they weren't sentient (like Dusks), technically he wouldn't even be wrong

I think his reports reveal when exactly his attitudes about certain things start changing, but I don’t have them memorized.

DiZ is a very fascinating character to me. He's easy to hate, yet somehow, I pity him.

He is in fact, in my opinion, one of the BEST kingdom hearts characters and he's so underrated.

He has one of the best character arcs in the series.

I think it’s only in games after KH2 that you can really start to understand him and come to appreciate his character

I don't like him

It’s his conversations with Aqua in the RoD and his data speaking to Riku in DDD that really give him some depth.

Don't forget his speech to Xemmas as well

see, this looks cool and all, but like... can i get it for maybe 1/3 of that price, and made out of a fabric that's machine washable??

Just thought about how sacrifice has been used a lot in the series: do you guys think Kairi may come to hate sacrifice as an action?

This is just me on Discord...

He did it, went out with a smile, came back through the power of love.

Some Chad shit, bro.

Actually Sora didn't seem to mind lol

I am asking, because I want to believe there should be consequences for Sora's actions. The consequences being negative opinions about Sora from his friends. I think it's worth exploring that area on how Sora's sacrifices impact everyone. Do they accept it willy-nilly, or do they have serious problems that they need to let out?

Is getting banished to another reality not enough of a consequence?

Besides, clearly the others aren’t that angry about it as they’ve spent a year looking and Kairi was willing to spend the whole time in a coma

I guess I want more human consequences.

Sora’s got enough people and universal quirks trying to ruin his day, he doesn’t need Riku and Kairi turning on him too.
